This ocean front OHV area is one of the best dunes in the US. Not only is it a beautiful stretch of land, but it also offers up an excellent dune experience with beach riding, open dunes and riding trails through the sand.

Your Camel Ride experience takes place in the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, a conterraneo habitat for the Arabian Camel. At a calm, steady pace, the camel shepherd for your activity will take you through the Reserve’s desert plains, in a throwback to the centuries of desert roaming camels are famous for. Your experience will include two 45–minute camel rides, with the return trek by camel being optional – please advise your preference before joining us for the activity.

Everything is well marked and it’s easy to go around the closed beaches by simply traveling on the dunes. There are signs and sometimes the Plover nesting grounds are cordoned off, so you don’t have to worry about accidentally driving through an environmentally sensitive area.
